We are blessed to have such a wonderful, supportive family. I am always touched at the way everyone shows up to support not only our kids, but each child in our extended family on his or her special day. It comes from both my side and Kevin's side. Every year, after each child's birthday, I think about the love and support they are given. I know it means so much to Kevin and I, and that support will mean so much to our kids as they get older! Ethan is growing up to be such a good, young man, and it is in part from being around these families.
This cake was the 4th type of birthday treat we had for Ethan's birthday. We took doughnuts to school, cupcakes to baseball, had ice cream cookie sandwiches at his friend party, and ice cream cake for our family!
